Devbhoomi is very conveniently located right next to the Gomti River. We stayed in a family room, which opened right on the ghaat, hence making the mornings and evenings quite eventful.
The place features a kitchen that is open to be used by guests, and it was very handy in allowing us to make tea for ourselves. The only thing to not to nice was that you need to park the car a little far away and walk about 200 meters to reach the residency.
Another thing to note is that I found the stay extremely pricey for the quality and cleanliness of the room. The linen was old and overused, it gives more of a Dharamshala vibe than a lodge by all means, and paying about 7k per night for that definitely pinched me a little. Although the location is extremely nice, the rooms are not that great and not worth the price.
Last thing to note is that the Ghat gets very busy in the mornings and evenings, thus you cannot remain asleep till late. I was annoyed by the loud noises as people take bath in the river and it overall just dulls down the experience a bit.

The View from the Terrace is breathtaking especially during early morning and sunset.
The Main Part is it's Proximity to the Dwarkadhish Temple, which is hardly a few metres. The Rooms are clean and the owner is friendly too.

Have been here last year. Awesome view from this place. Walkable to temple and gomti ghat. Rooms are basic. We had taken two non AC rooms. Price was under 700 that time .Overall nice place with the cost.

A decent place to stay in this homestay basically this hotel provide all basic amenities and most importantly the view just outside the hotel is awesome you will have gomti river right outside tour hotel and a mere walking distance of 200 meters to dwarikadhish mandir( back door) main door is around 300 meters you can enter from any side. Good thing here is they will let you check the room first then only you can confirm the booking otherwise you can reject if you don’t like it
Firstly the owner's behaviour is the worst as if he is doing a favour by giving us rooms to stay. It was a booking for 2 days after day 1 he is telling us to check out without even checking the booking details. Room service is the worst. No hot water, no drinking water, you have arrange everything yourself. Only the good part is location.
Spectacular location exactly situated at Gomati ghat and comfortable stay!
Owner is friendly and guides you well. They have a great terrace spot with view of River meeting sea shore. You can also enjoy Sunrise from here.
Dwarkadhish Temple is situated at foot distance. Value for money.
